March 22, 2014 *One of my first hoop videos ever! xOxO

Soo.. I started hooping seriously just 3 months ago!! 
I encourage everyone to try it! 
*In this paticular video -I am hooping with my homemade hoop from Lowes :)

Reasons to hOOp:

  • Great Exercise
  • improves core strength
  • tones your stomach, arms, thighs and butt
  • low-impact, high-energy workout
  • You can burn approximately 400 - 600 calories in an hour.
  • & It's CHEAP! & FUN!



Helpful Hint:
I think it is very important to master complete control of the hoop from chest to knees then back up before much else, rather than bouncing from trick to trick.
 (I am very close to completing this step, 
but until then - I wont be attempting all the fancy tricks..)
